Our Story
Born in Mexico City to a Canadian mother and a Mexican father, we were raised between cultures, flavours, and the soulful rhythm of two very beautiful, yet different worlds.
From an early age, our mother introduced us to the language of the kitchen. Through her love of cooking, we learned the beauty of flavour, the power of nourishment, and the joy of sharing meals.
This early spark led each of us into the world of hospitality, where we deepened our love for food, drink, and the stories behind them.
As lifelong food lovers and passionate students of craft, it had always been our dream to create a mezcal brand, one that would honour tradition while bringing the rich culture of mezcal to Canada and beyond.
In 2022, our beloved mother, Michèle,
passed away after a brave journey with cancer.
Her passing became a sacred turning point: a reminder not to wait on our dreams, but to pour them into something meaningful.
This bottle is our offering to her.
But it’s also for all mothers: Madre Tierra (Mother Earth), divine feminine energy, and every nurturing soul who makes the world more loving, beautiful, and alive.
Our mother now lives in every drop.
This mezcal is an invitation to slow down, to savour, and to share.
To be present with the people you love.
